The Jack is a private social club in Alicante. For many of our members it is their regular spot: they come for a game of pool, to watch a match, to chat in the lounge or just to unwind after work.
We are a members' association, so everyone inside is registered and over 18. That keeps the atmosphere relaxed, friendly and stylish: Moroccan lanterns, low sofas and art on the walls.
Our members are locals, expats and visitors from all over the world. We speak Spanish, English and French.
A social club that is also a cannabis association
The Jack is a private, non-profit cannabis association. For most members it is also their social club: the place where they meet up, play and get to know people.
That is why the rules are those of an association: members only, 18 or over, with ID. And whatever happens in the club stays in the club.

How to become a member

Visit the club
You must be 18 or over. Bring your ID card, NIE or passport.

A short membership form. We check your identity and age.

Your membership starts straight away and you can enjoy the club.
Frequently asked questions
Can I bring friends?
Yes, as long as they are members too. Everyone must be 18 or over and join with their own ID. Your friends can become members on the same day, in a few minutes.
Can I watch matches at the club?
Yes. We show live sports, especially the big matches.
Do you hold events?
Yes, every now and then there are events for members. We announce them on Instagram, @thejackalicante, and on our events page.
Do I have to live in Alicante?
No. Many of our members are expats or visitors. You just need to be 18 or over and bring a photo ID.
Is it a bar?
No. It is a private members' association. It is not open to the public and only registered members come in.
